It needs replacement wheels, though. The Italeri M113 kits are pretty good, but the wheels really let them down. (The tracks are on the thin side, but have good detail so I found them usable.)

Oh, wait, this is the 1/72 scale version … I thought it was in 1/35 In that case it needs inner roadwheels, as it only has the outer ones, but this isn’t all that noticeable because of the small scale.

Due to my recent craziness on evilbay with the want for cheapness in kits, I had no choice but to make another purchase. Ya Gotta put 'em somewhere and for €19,95, it should work out well…..

Watch out with those my friend, if you get any more filled with kits you may as well start a shop.:tongue-out3:

Got some more paints for some future builds, new brushes for the acrylics and small mixing palettes:

Have used a big palette of late, but these little ones are better suited on a crowded bench especially when you only need it for one colour.

Also a surprise awaited me last Friday when I got home, a gift from our very own Steve Jones:

Now the inscriptions on the package should have raised a couple of eyebrows in the various post offices it went through ‘’To Mr. Fernando Nijhuis Expert model maker all round good guy, From S. Jones Member of the Rabble’’:smiling5::smiling5:

Many thanks again my friend, this will be a great inspiration for a colourful Tornado in the near future.:thumb2::thumb2:

An advise from E bay this morning , I won the auction after a fierce bidding war of one !
For a the Vision model of the BA-6, ok it was £ 14.99 plus £ 7 for the postage. Coming from Portugal so the postage is a bit more than getting it here, unfortunately no one has any stock in the UK.

Wanted to get this as they are good company that makes some things for MiniArt and Mt T:nerd: has recommended them, that in itself is good enough for me.:thumb2:
Will be interesting to see the difference in the quality.

                    John .

Mmm bit like StuGsville Bob here at the moment. I wanted to build the complete set minus the variants.
Get them while I could. as the Miniart version is no longer made.

That can’t be a very new kit …? I like that it has a superb instruction sheet, though Oh, and did the crisps come with it?

The last time I brought one new from a shop was some twenty years ago.
