Love that stuff Pete.

I saw it mentioned on here a few times when searching back through old topics so gave it a try. I hope it's as good for you with a brush because with an AB a couple of dust coats is all it needs.

Late delivery from postie - NOT the full interior version, @ <£26 delivered!
It's strange, but I seem to be inclining to Russian armour at the moment - looking in my stash, I think I'm only missing a T-64 ( Trumpeter being the only player - I'll keep an eye out )
That's the result of regularly visiting sites, in this case ebay, but I have a section in my browser, bookmarked with the majority of UK retailers. I used to think that only older models could be found cheaply, but recently I seem to have been particularly lucky!

No other info was given and it started out at €10. Following my "no kit rule", I knew it couldn't be a complete resin kit. I won it for €10 and here is what I got,

A conversion to make a Pz. IV Ausf. D into a U-Boat. Sadly, you don't get any torpedo's with it. Here's what you do get,

The bag with the metal parts contains the MG cover and the modified exhaust system for underwater use. On the right are the covers for the air intakes and the barrel end. It uses the Tamiya kit of the Ausf. D as a basis. Worth a tenner I think!!!
Nice find:thumb2:, think you should build this one for the Expo mate sure to be different in the comps:nerd:

Nice Dave - always worth searching Creatives site though for Miniart stuff as they have a near permanent sale on a lot of items. This one is currently £25 (but you may have to add something else to qualify for free postage)

I went to a flea market today, and though most of it was not of interest to me at all, I did find this for €10:

The title translates as Military Aviation in the Netherlands-Indies, and though it’s mostly a general history rather than being about the actual aircraft in detail, it seems like interesting reading.

The Fokker and F-14’s were on the list, the others were a lucky find especially the XB-70 at €30 and limited with good decals from 1995:nerd::

After entering made a beeline to the Dutchdecal stand for the G1 decals and more, knowing there were many Fokker G1’s to buy but less decalsets a swift purchase had to be made, the Micro Mir kit has a lot of online talk of having a non-existing scheme included:

Also neat that a certail seller from Poland or farther was there too as their brass antennae for my planes are half of evilbay’s prices:smiling:.

Bread and water into the new year buddy and maybe longer!!!

Nice haul and the decals for the B70 do look in excellent shape like you told me, for the old kit. You just have to build a new room in your place for it when you build that puppy. The B-58 'Hustler' on the boxtop is not a good size comparison, but the B70 was a huge beast!!!

I'm at loss to think who is responsible between both Alan (aka Dudd 1) and Fernando for the amount of purchases that they make ! Think they have a buying bet .:tongue-out3:

Got these in the Mail today. I've been waiting for the Studebaker US6 model for about 5 years. They were originally priced @$42.95 from Herpa Then IClick image for larger version

ID:	1109420 found them advertised on 3000 toys for $39.95 and just last week located them @ Small Scale Hobbies in Wisconsin for a measley $26.99. The Ford Maultier quad 20mm half track was a complete surprise! usually something like this goes for $40.+ Score! At $27.99 I couldn't pass them up.
