I had plenty to say, as you can imagine! I'm now going through the process of getting it sorted... well they did offer me a $12 refund due to post and packaging... it won't end there or nicely!
Hopefully yours will be sorted soon mate :thumb2:

      Hi Mike

Sorry to hear about the the problems. Did you buy it using a credit card? If so you should be afforded protection under credit card rules governing purchases over £100.

        Andrew,
That all comes later, first the refund then the credit card company.

On the recommendation of Simon T, John Race, and several others, I ordered myself one of these. I went for the special edition more for the spare blades, but the extra shims for providing parallel cuts may come in handy some time

And I've been on the lookout for a trigger style airbrush at a reasonable price to see if it suits me better. I ended up with a Bartsharp 116A. It comes with a 0.5mm set up but I ordered a 0.2mm and spare pack of O rings at the same time. There's also the option of a 0.3mm or even 0.8mm should I feel the need. Main reasons for choosing this particular one were the pretty budget price (£35) and the fact that it is a tool-less design for changing the nozzle etc. I'd say it's extremely similar to a H&S nozzle set up but don't want to tempt copyright issues :smiling5:
