Hey Fernando,

This will be like "Mission Impossible"...………..Maybe a week or two or until the next event or trip to the LHS. There will always be a kit that grabs your eye and you have to buy it. This message will self destruct in 30 minutes or right after you hit the "buy me now" button!!!!!!!! Good luck Mr. Phelps Fernando and no one needs to know how many kits you have in the stash.............

Also some bargains were found at the Luchtmachtdagen air show, with the SU-33 and Hunter together for just 20 euro:smiling::

Postie came today with this. Won it on eBay for the princely sum of £9 including postage and packaging. Click image for larger version

                    Tracks for my MBT-70:

These proved surprisingly tricky to find, but when I did, I decided to also buy some reasonably cheap nostalgia kits:

All are the later versions distributed by Revell, not original original Matchbox. The Dornier is in one colour plastic, but the other two are the way they should be

                    Also some tools:

However, I had actually ordered an Italeri knife handle, not Revell. Checking the site from which I bought it, it now says the Italeri handle is sold out so I suspect they sent this one instead, thinking, “a knife handle is a knife handle.” I had deliberately gone for the Italeri one because it was all aluminium, and this one is noticeably heavier than what I’m used to (my current handle is worn out: the blade falls out almost every time I pick it up). Let’s wait and see what they say in response to my e-mail about it.

An ebay purchase <£7 delivered - it's the Revell/Italeri original reboxed for sale by Marks & Spencer - nice clean mouldings - good decal sheet ( not that I'll use it! ) - lousy colour!Click image for larger version

Bigger paint pots than the Airfix starter kits! I have an AM decal sheet for fancy Hawks, so this may pop up as an intermediate build.

It actually has all the colours you need! Unlike Revell’s own starter sets …

Trolling evilbay because it's too hot to Moggell or paint, I found a few bargains and the stash isn't too unhappy either. An incomplete Steyr kit that was missing the tires and the fuel/water jerry cans for under €20 to the door,

I then found a resin figure for my V2 project that can be used for Z-Stoff heater work or fuel hose work for €6 to the door,

Alu, etch, metal springs and a box load of parts. It does need to cool down a bit so table work can resume and my wallet gets a break. I still can't complain though and everybody loves a bargain!!!...…..

Even though I only built one, I really like AFV Club Churchills. (Of course, I really like most AFV Club kits I’ve built.)
