Just got this. A nice Amur Reaver conversion for a 1/32 Revell Bf109 G6. Turns it into a Bf109 G6/AS. I have plans for this conversion for another nightfighter build

          Hi all

So again something different from the usual. Why I got it will become clear shortly.

Bit of an impulse purchase this but I found it on offer for £26 delivered, Sealey BG1010

Around 8" / 20cm wide, it has a coarse & fine wheel fitted, variable speed, slow start, flexible shaft for dremel type tools or drill bits that can connect to either side, and an additional piece (not pictured) for mounting the wire wheel, polishing head or red "scotchbrite" type wheel.

I bought it mainly for the flexible shaft as it's got to be easier on the wrist than my heavy budget tool but I'm sure the other bits will come in handy.

Hi, the flexible shaft is a handy addition, only thing I found was I had to make a holder for it otherwise it bounces and jiggles all over the desk. :smiling3:

Thanks for the tip Mark. I'd hoped the soft rubber feet might prevent that but I'll find something to strap it down with. Lots of duct tape probably :smiling5:

A quick look in the boxes, and the wait was worth it - nice mouldings, good decal sheets. The Kfir armament is all single piece moulded, bombs. LGBs & missiles - like the AMK 1/48 models.

And as a result of another cheeky bid on ebay........................Click image for larger version

From Mitches Military Models - 1/9 Soviet Pilot 'Hero of the Soviet Union' - I'll have to do a bit of research to see if I can identify him.
