Hi Richard,
not seen that Pz III with rail car before - do you get the rail track as well? Not mentioned on the box
The Stug B is another boxing of the one that a few of us are doing for Bobs Stug GB - will you be entering this one?
Good prices
Peter - hope you plan to post the Dalek build
Cheers,

Hi Simon, yes it comes with the rail tracks, base and sleepers. I thought it was a good buy. Won't be doing the Stug soon as I take ages and it won't be fair to the GB. I still have to get over the animal and even the night fighter build which is long overdue.
Cheers,

Just acquired something which was once described as opening a can of worms...basically starting a ship genre of 1/700 and 1/350. I have enough already on my plate but I just couldn't resist this...
I have always wanted to do the USS Texas which was the sister ship to the USS New York and missed the Dragon kit which is not being produced and hard to find. I walked into the LHS and there it was, the new tooled New York by Trumpeter.
So it's now added to the growing stash of ships or should I say an overflowing can of worms. It has the basic PE for the catapult, cranes and mast but I will still need to stock up on the railings.
Cheers,

I went to the largest model show in the Netherlands today, and though it was the usual fare (lots of model railroads, large-scale ships, etc.) I did buy some interesting books, a kit and some tools:

Though I already have a Historex punch and die set, this RP one has a lot more sizes, and I also have a Chopper already, but this RP one is a lot more practical and, well, better quality — not to mention has scales marked on it in real, usable unitsComment

). The RP one is much more sturdy and simply feels much better, which IMHO is always a good indicator when it comes to tools — plus it has adjustable angle thingies instead of a couple of loose ones that need grinding to even have flat sides. I’ve not used the new one yet, but I’ll try to remember to mention my experience with it it when I do
In case you’re ever in the area, the show is held every third weekend of February, if I’m not mistaken.
Sorry, no. I didn’t see anything interesting enough to me to want to take photos ofHowever, I did find an impression of last year’s show on YouTube when I looked for pictures just now. All the talk is in Dutch (and the automatically generated English subtitles that YouTube provides are atrocious), but it give a good idea of what’s to be seen.
