    Hi all

So below are some recent arrivals at work in the past few days.

As you'll see, something of a departure from the usual 1/72 quick-build wargaming kits. Why will become apparent in due course but as a bit of a clue it's linked to my purchase of the Bf110G-4 back in early December!!

    ACW as usual

        Hi all

Just realised I omitted this off the above post that having also received it yesterday.

Although it doesn't specifically refer to the 110 kits I have in the stash, it should come in useful in all kinds of ways (hopefully)!

AfV Club Scimitar with back date to a Falklands Blues and Royals vehicle from Hong Kong Creative Workshop via Scorpion Models. It has the corrected turret, bolted transmission cover and hull boxes.Lots of extra bits including the ammo boxes carried on the front of the Scimitar but not on Scorpion due to the muzzle blast ripping them up.

If I do get to retire this year, still under consultation, as I am still on a sick note with my new knee, I want to do something different.
I built my last aeroplane in 1969, then I discovered Airfix's 1:72 Stug III G in Woolworths for 3/6, which is 17 1/2p in new money.
I really want the 1:32 Revell Arado sea plane, which is the larger scale version of my last aeroplane built, but its proving a little elusive, I followed one on E- bay but ยฃ52 is too much, even for nostalgia.
            I'll persevere

That Hobby boss 1/32 Sturmovik is a particularly nice kit. I have built two of the two seater versions.

              Thanks Barry

It does looks good in that massive box, with Photo etch, canopy masks and metal legs.

Its a very big plane too!

I always follow your wonderful builds, best way of learning the "how to's"" of big aeroplanes.

              Regards

              Steve H

Iโ€™ve got a Jaguar conversion kit for the early hull, with which I still intend to build a possibly Falklands Scimitar too. Had it for probably twenty years and not used it yet

Hereโ€™s a few acquisitions I made over the holidays. I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year, and I canโ€™t wait to see all of the builds that this year holds for us all!

I am soooo envious, all those m1s.
Why is common sense not so common?

Jakko, whilst i have a fair few kits in the stash and my wife almost certainly thinks I have too many, it's certainly no where near 110.โ˜น I was actually referring to the Messerschmitt 110s I have (3)!!!
