If you use the “non-live” translation, which works far better because it’s not jittery and likely to change the translation at the drop of a hat (I had to try several times to get a usable one to post above), you can copy the translated text and paste it into another program, such as a word processor on your tablet, a notes app, an e-mail, or whatever. That makes it far easier to assemble the text than having to type everything in yourself.
