I have the Hobbyboss version but that has full interior and a lot of parts so not a quick build
Saw this one that Bob is doing and it looked like a nice little kit with a lot less parts for a nice simple quick build

this classic oldie from 1974 by Max has been produced by quite a few manufacturers over the years and is now under the control of Zvezda. Cheap as chips and still looks like it will build ok

Excellent service again from John @ SMS - ordered these yesterday morning - wasn't expecting them until the weekend at least!! :thumb2::thumb2::thumb2::thumb2:

Some goodies to top up supplies & experiment with :-

Masking sheets - to experiment some hard line camo with.
3 x MrColor, metallic - really like these they dry within minutes and can be polished.
Mr Color "Mr Metal Primer-R" never tried before - so more experimenting with flammable
        liquids.

        Paul.

A couple from John. Another little one-sprue wonder

And a slightly bigger one. Will be interesting to see how it turns out compared to my first Spitfire, and first ever model kit, almost 1 year ago.

Made a big mistake with not ordering paints at the same time though. I thought by now there'd be stock of MRP around by now but it seems not. Looks like I'll be placing another order at SMS!

So these lovely bits and bobs will have to wait.

Burnt the packaging first then ran over with a steam roller:thumb2:

                Have been working my backside off lately trying to keep output up on the farm and also when at home doing some DIY. So with the extra hours i've put in SWMBO has 'allowed' me a few pennies to spend. Here is my haul;

Fw190 D9 Seatbelts and resin wheelbay
Me262 A-1a cockpit PE set....... Both these are for my upcoming Hunters & Protectors build

And finally my Su-27 Flanker B "Russian Knights" decals

If you go onto YouTube, The Chieftain recently put up videos about the in- and exterior of that:

Well, it’s the L/48 version, but that doesn’t differ notably, and he point out some of the changes anyway

If this virus thing continues in the fatherland, you’ll at least have a chance of completing it together with the panzerarmy stash:tongue-out3:

Just a wee something for the stash that came yesterday, although if these restrictions stay for as long as I think they will it could get built sooner rather than later.
