As he recently bought a 3D resin printer, I asked him to print some of Rob Lockie’s M3/M4 idler wheels for me, since the idlers in plastic kits often don’t have the undercut under the rim. “How many do you want?” he asked, so I said six or eight, as I have at least two kits I can use them on already, plus some for future use. No sooner said than done :smiling3:
Rob belongs to the same MAFVA area club I go to, and he has printed out some fantastic items. For example the smoke pot holders for the Merkava, Panther tool racks, ammo boxes and the detail is exceptional. He printed out the ammo transport supports for my pallets...

Contact Gaahleri and send them a photo, they should send you a replacement, I had the same problem - if it will not go through the letterbox then bend to fit....

Chances are I’ll have my brother print out some more of his things in future

It's an acrylic scenic glue. Sort of like pva but it dries really quickly and also dries matt (unlike pva which is gloss). I'm sure it has flow aid in it too. Seen good reviews of it online and if i'm honest, Luke that used to be at Geek Gaming doesn't sell duff stuff.

                    No worries

For me it’s not so much an acquisition today as temporary custody:

The chap who gave me the M4 asked if I would paint his Jagdtigers for him, and since he’s also given me a whole bunch of magazines over the years I felt it was the least I could do. The grey one is Takom, the other one is by Hobby Boss.

As I stated in another post, I had to have some retail therapy of late. The first one is the reason I can post on the forum again and post pics of the other goodies,

Laptops aren't as expensive as I thought they would be. I also bought a 5 year warranty to keep it going........The next ones were from a sale at MBK and even though the stash doesn't need any more kits, I couldn't control myself. I got 2 of these,

For those who know me, you know what these are going to be used for. I'm also following another WnW Hansa-Brandenburg W.12 kit auction. Hope it doesn't go too high in price...

Always liked the effect that dry brushing gave to my armour builds, but after seeing a post on YouTube the other day I decided to try and up my game,(seems I was doing it wrong to get excellent results, was using flat brushes),so I bought some of the guy's suggested stuff....

That’s a new one on me Andy. Never heard of a dry brush pallet before, I just use a scrap of cardboard and some cheap make up brushes on larger builds, and old small brushes and copy paper for the little blokes. Still struggle to get smooth application using acrylics though, so will be interested to see how this works.
