More like “almost completed, with some broken bits that are all there” — but for €11 including postage, I can’t complain, can I? Especially as it also has an aftermarket set of resin exhausts with etched covers. I do need to disassemble the turret to correct it, and buy a set of separate-link tracks for it, but at this price, I don’t mind.
Yes that's a little bit more than 'started'...

Never used these before but feedback is positive and sprays well plus I can try the new marker pens as well. Read that it's also better to brush paint than Mr color or tamiya, we shall see folks

Although I contacted AK and the pens do not cross reference to the bottled real colors which I find odd??

        Hi folks,

As I stated in my GTR build, life is back to normal and my 4 brain cells are once again working. Some retail therapy helped, but what I ended up with was pretty outrageous, to say the least!!! I gave out €147 and ended up with all this from various places. Evilbay got me this for cheap,

The book is not what I expected, but thankfully the author does go into how he builds his structures. Well worth the money.

Thanks guys and yeah I got lucky. End of September, my friend Thorsten and I have 5 meters of tables at a show to display our builds as private folks. The organizer also said we could use 1 meter of it to sell stuff too. Mega stash clearance is in the cards for it. Man doesn't need 3 Italeri Opel radio truck kits, do they???

I scanned through it quickly and it does seem interesting. I have to sit down and do a good read soon. I also wanted the 500+ page AK F.A.Q. diorama book, but €109 was a bit too pricey for my blood...

Thanks for the offer, but that’s not necessary. AFV Club made a mistake with the Mk. VI turret, making the round part underneath taller than on the Mk. IV, rather than wider. But the kit also includes the Mk. IV lower part, and I think I have two more of those kicking around from the AVREs I built, so what I need to do is pry off the lower part and stick the other one on, then add a collar around it from some plastic strip. Easy

                              Hello,
I was lucky again with eBay!
There was a whole collection of different M113 kits available and I won this S-Model set. It contains two vehicles and the only drawback is the tracks. But I can replace these quite easily with the help of 3D printing! :tongue-out3:

The next set is for my small 1/144 collection. Also a bit of a bargain. It seems as if you only find the "big ones" of these Dragon Panzer Korps things. The normal battle tanks are incredibly expensive!

And the next bundle was a great surprise! Our good Jakko here has cleared out his stuff and given me some 1/144 models. In addition to the heavy mortar, there are a few unfinished models (Challenger 2, Leopard 2 + 2 US Amtracs) and decals that I will of course happily use for my purposes.

Once again, my big thanks for this very generous gesture!

You’re welcome to them, at least then they might actually get finished someday I’ve had the bagged models for 15 years or so, and not done any work on them for … at least 14 I wonder where I put the boxes, though, because I think there must also be a Leopard 2A4 in addition to the 2A5, and etched parts for both?
