Sort of reminds me of an aircraft tow tractor......

It looks like some kind of pusher vehicle, like a tractor but with a big bumper on the front to push against something rather than being intended to pull things.

Aircraft tractor, I think is the term you’re looking for. Flight deck would be on an aircraft carrier
