                Thanks for sharing that Mike.
                My grandfather signed up in December 1014, adding a couple of years to his true age - he was only 16. In June 2015 he was shipped to Gallipoli, and withing 3 weeks he'd been shot in the back and shoulder. Spent over a year in military hospitals but didn't recover full use of his left arm, so he was discharged form the army, but he'd signed up to serve His Majesty "for the duration of hostilities", so he was posted to work as a checker in an ammunition factory, which was where he met my grandmother. He died 4 years before I was born, and I never knew his story until 2007.
