    Photo Printing, Mounting and Framing

My main hobby is still travel photography, mainly to take photos of older style trams and art deco/modernist architecture.
Amassed a fair few images over recent years and need to get some more up on the walls.
Print up to A3+ at home and also have a mount cutter, frames come mainly courtesy of charity shops.
Spent this afternoon editing, printing, mounting and framing a photo.
Might sound a bit boring, but its actually very rewarding and much better than just viewing on a screen.

Excellent stuff. Photos are meant to be seen! Any chance you could post a few on here?

Nice hobby Rich. We also sometimes print our best holiday pictures at a local grocery store, the glossy paper brings out the colors and the blacks are truely black (unlike a screen). As Tim said, feel free to post some of your work, Cheers

Apologies, Oulton Broad is of course in Suffolk.
I know it is, stayed in that area many times so no idea why i got it wrong,
My only excuse is age and strong Belgian beer, practising for my upcoming Brussels trip.

Wonderful photos and a great hobby. My late father enjoyed photography and he printed his photos. When he started it was film and then developing and printing in a dark room. He did move onto digital later.

Thanks Steven, think its quite a rarity
It goes up a really steep incline with a few stops along the way.
Part of the normal public transport system, well used and the bike trailer is a good idea

The old trams at the Tram Museum in Brussels during the summer run out to Tervueren and back through the woods, great trip out.

It is a very pleasant ride, how strange I was just looking at that route earlier today.
Its regular Tram 44, but currently replaced by a bus (T44) because they are working on the track.
Reckon it will take a good few months, they did the section from Montgomery to the Museum last part of 2024.
Scuppered my plans for when i'm there this month, might give Tram 39 a go for a little jaunt out of the city.

Yes, not expecting the line fully back in action for some time, also roadworks out that way to add to the misery.
just realised it dropped my location with the site move.

Bit chilly tonight in Brussels, just been out and had a very nice meal at a restaurant in Janson.
Fair bit of snow this morning, left going out until late then had eggs and bacon at an eaterie in Bailli.
Got some nice photos st Villa Empain yesterday and just downloading those from ths Armed Forces museum today.
I like it here, not our first visit and hopefully not our last.
