( Nigel was a very early member here,he tragically died when he suffocated returning home from work in his car after he had been using some dangerous chemicals,his daughter was a member too,I wonder if she is still a member John may remember her ? she was a good model builder) I did this for him just before he died as it was his favourite aeroplane and he hung it in his den,very sad.

In the days before sophisticated printing watercolour artists were in big demand to produce those designs for the cigarette cards etc,they had something unique about them,the vibrant colours and individual styles.
