This Evening I finished up splitting our Fire Wood in the Morning my wife will help me load it up and take it to the little barn where we will stack it in there for storage and keep it more dryer than I used to do by covering it with a tarp. Sorry Guys to tired to build models tonight.
Not supprised your tired after collecting all that timber and then splitting it Lee.
Agree with Jim about the colours and beautiful time of the year . Pity it's going to be much colder soon .
That's what's to like about it JR..........Keeps the light weights and panzies from moving into the neighborhood! :tongue-out3: :tongue-out2: :tongue-out: :thumb2: Nice load of wood Lee......stove or fireplace? Rick H.

I have a fire place. The wife makes sure I have plenty of wood for it she loves it. When she “Yapping” to much in the evening I just build a fire and about 20 minutes she’s out like a light the perfect knock out drug. Lol
Nice!.......I burn a wood stove for heat all winter and the fire does not go out till late spring. Keeps me busy logging in the spring and summer months. Rick H.

Yes it does I prefer this time of year it not Hot and less bugs
Today on the Hobby Farm the wife and I stacked the Firewood the little barn. Then I mixed some Chicken Feed haven’t done that for years. With the price of feed and the uncertainty of getting the feed I want which has already happened once this year I decided to start mixing my feed to last longer and more beneficial to the chickens. I added Corn, Black Sunflower Seeds and the Laying Pellets I always get. I always feed Cracked Corn in the winter to help keep them warmer but never mixed it. After that I clean and organized in the Barn been wanting to do that for some time. It’s starting to feel like old times on my farm just need to get a Jersey Cow, Goats, Ducks, and Rabbits. Lol Maybe a Jersey Cow though.
Hi Lee
Glad things are all working out for you. You've had a tough time over the past year or so so deserve some good fortune. Definitely a Jersey Cow - think of all that cream :smiling:

Jim thanks. It’s been a year this week since I’ve had Covid Pneumonia. I’m getting a little better every month. Jersey Cows give the best Milk I think and there Cream makes the best Ice Cream also. I had a couple at one time the best Cows I ever had.
