    My winter hobby

    Hi all

I don't post many model threads because this is my main winter hobby. I am getting a few ready for an exhibition so I thought I would just post a couple here.

    This is my stash.

And here are a few finished pieces. First up the view from our front porch.

Fantastic stuff John. Especially love the front porch view, the light on the meadow in particular is excellent.

Wow...they're good and what a lovely winter hobby. Do you work on these in real time or from a still captured of the moment?

              Cheers,
              Richard

Richard I take lots of photos throughout the year and then work from them.

Very nice Monsewer- I have a chapel ceiling that could , perhaps, do with a little redecoration - can you paint whilst lying on your back? (I'll supply the scaffolding!)

Amazing work john , a true talent. If that was the view from my front porch I wouldnt get anything at all done ! I’d just be sat looking all day - beautiful! And i wouldnt mind teeing off on that stunning golf course ( although I’d no doubt find one of those bunkers ! ) cheers tony
