    Modelling vegitables

    Hi guys

diverted from military modelling this week to vegetable modelling, well decorating a birthday cake really. This year my daughter, for the first time, had a vegitable bed at her house so tina and I decided to make a veg bed cake - carrot cake of course. Tina baked the cake, I did the decorating. Here are some photos of the result:

                      Hi Guys

thanks for all the nice comments. It was fun to do, fortunately there are quite a few videos on youtube showing how other people make the veg, most better than mine!

the veg is edible, all of the veg was made from fondant icing bought from our local cake shop. i added mint green food colouring because the green icing was a little pale.

Even though she is 26, my daughter was really chuffed with the cake, which was really nice.
