Looking good. Those spinner spiral things are a pain. A mottle camo with a brush is a tricky one. Looks like you did well.

I've finally finished the decals. They went down well with only a few dramas.
I've managed to lose one of the tiny stencil decals but no one will notice that one. I also managed to destroy one of the crosses on the fuselage. I applied Micro Sol and accidently touched the decal before it had dried, leaving a sodden gunky mess on my finger. The decal was beyond repair but luckily I had spares. So next step is to give another gloss coat then start on washes and weathering.

That has come out really well. As others have said, those spinner decals are a pain. I thought you had painted it on. Paint has come out really nice too.Comment

Nearly there now.
I've done a bit of weathering and a panel wash and applied a matt clear coat.
Going to add the arial wire now and do a bit more weathering but hopefully getting close to finishing my first model in absolutely ages.

I'm calling this done now. I enjoyed this build and I hope Alan would have appreciated my version of one of his favourites.
I'm pleased with it and especially pleased that I completed it quite quickly. I only managed one completed build last year and that concluded in August.
I include one final picture here of the antenna attached and a bit more weathering. I'll add more pictures I'm a completed build section later next week as I'm off to Malaga tomorrow for a week.
