The eagle eyed amongst you will notice that the joystick isn’t from the kit…..the original is in orbit somewhere around Jupiter so I scratched a replacement from nickel silver wire…..should be good enough in a closed up fuselage, especially as the front screen support is still to be fitted over the top of the instrument panel…...

They’ve probably flown South for the winter ?. Quite fiddly cockpit, but working back to front on the tub got all the bits in. Worst bit was getting the separate IP in place once the tub was fitted to the sidewall.

Very nice indeed, it's just a pity it will be covered up mostly when it's closed up.
Strength isn't about what you can do, rather it's about overcoming what you thought you couldn't do.

Thanks for the compliment Garry. Always the way with aircraft builds isn’t it. Pity really, as it’s one of the most fun parts.

Cheers Jim. It’s all in the kit, I just bent a bit of wire and threw some paint around….

Thanks Joe. Really kind of you. All in the box though, I just put it together in the right order ?

                        Looks great Tim ?

If you hadn’t mentioned the joystick not being the original I wouldn’t have noticed ?

Cheers Geoff, very kind. I mentioned the joystick because I didn’t want anyone to think the kit part was a bit naff…..the kit is excellent.

It is Ian. Excellent engineering and top class mouldings so far. Proof of the pudding will be in the fit of the wings as always though….
