    Glue problems

My Pacific Coast Ta 152 (1/32 scale, so there are some), has both styrene and polyurethane parts.

I'm having difficulty making the liquid poly stick the two different plastics.

Any offers for an answer please?

Hi Peter have you tried using PLASWELD, i have found this stuff highly effective in the past and it dries quick too.

      Thanks Scott.

I have some of that so I'll give it a whirl.

I know "Loctite" do a type of CA glue specifically for bonding different plastics. Otherwise you'd be looking at something like "Gorilla Glue" or good old epoxy I suppose. Hope the "Plasweld" works for you.

        Cheers

Peter, As Stona say's Loctite does a Super Glue 'All Plastics' you can get it from B&Q etc. It is a 2-Pack , an activator Stick and a 2g Tube of glue. It sticks all plastics including oily plastics. Have used it quite a few times its excellent. Derek
