The spring group Build. April - June

Just a quick reminder that there is one month to the start of the spring build, so thinking caps on chaps.

For those that are new to the forum, or just forgot the spring build is of a lorry/truck with load.

Any scale, any nation, civil, military, just as long as its a lorry, truck or other tractor/trailer with a load.

Cheers for the heads up Ian, struggling to get the Jan Normandy GB finished but got some ideas for this one.

As you know guys i never join in this part of the forum but im always impressed with everyones work, well done to you all who take part. i have an idea that came to mind from a build i saw recently of an old truck. just a suggestion but i though, Bygone days, Vintage and good old lorries like the Denis and others, would bring back some memories.

        Cheers

        Andy

So has any one else started sorting through the stash or ordering in for the April GB or is it just me?

Well technically the Tilly is a van not a lorry or truck but if you can make a good load out for the Tilly, I can live with that! Go for it Andrew!

Oooo, can of worms time lol. As the Tilly was an enclosed cab with a box cargo section and optional cover, I would say it is a truck but I just like to be controversial and argumentative

Please forgive me for saying so boys, but this is getting a bit daft and is starting to go the way of previous G.B.s........Veiled arguments!

Can we have a deffo. clear cut answer as to what we can or can't use?

Ian, you are the moderator on this build, it's your shout.

Don't think it's an argument at all just a difference over the definition of what a truck is and as the moderator has OK'd it already there's no probs

Looking at wikipedea I think a Tilly could be described as either for what it's worth eace:

It isn't an argument at all, I was having a bit of fun which appears to be a crime around here these days. Well so long guys , I am off. Have fun Ron, in your own way.
