I was ment to post these yesterday but was at the hospital with my eldest daughter, looks like i'm going to be a grandad (again, woop!!).

Here we go, now we have the wheels and tracks on.

All of this needs to go on somewhere lol.......

.......so i did a field mod, this is the turret basket for the Tamiya Challenger 1 i had spare. The mesh i found in the spares box and went on nice (just wish i found it for the turret basket on the Warrior )

And this is where i'm up to now, all good fun. Still some things to go on but it's just about ready for paint.

Shouldn't be too long before it's in primer, but as soon as this is finished for the GB i have a big surprise (shock for some) on the way.

            Have fun, John

This is it, this is all i've done. I primed the ammo box and tent in car primer, brush painted them and then dry brushed in oil's. It's that warm today they are completely dry, so no way am i going to get the airbrush out to paint the Warrior lol.

Looking great. A nice clean build and should look great with a splash of paint!

What's the car in the back ground?

Thats a 1932 Ford Sedan Ian, just thought i start something while the heat is on. I did try the airbrush on the Warrior but made a right mess, so cleaned it up and i'll wait until it's a little cooler.

                    Have fun, John

                      Nice.

I know what you mean about the heat. I have the Pheasant waiting for primer but I daren't put primer in the airbrush until later when it has cooled down a bit.

So true Ian, i've got this far so not going to ruin (yet) another model rushing in.

Ever had one of them weeks when nothing seams to go right? Primed ready to go last week, so i got some black on then the red primer shown through. Thought it'll be ok so the AB was filled up only to find the paint dried before it hit the model because of the heat. So i cleaned it up and left it alone for a few days.

Round two. Another coat of black this morning.

Tried this way before but in was on a Sherman and it was green so wanted to try and see if it'll work the some for sand. Airbrushed it in white as a pre-lightener for the sand colour (Airbrush in the background is an old one and used as a weight to keep the paper down).

Sand is on, paint got to the model ok lol. All looking good, time for some detail work me thinks.
