    Fw 190 A5 Hasegawa - ajcmac

    The foto

After all is not a Tamiya nor a Eduard. They were sold out so I opted for the Hasegawa Fw 190 A5. A model that represents the plane of Josef Priller.

Once completed I will try to do my first diorama.

Sorry, but I did not want to post here. The kit arrived today and I just wanted to show it in Group Build Chat.

I began to paint the interior all with Tamiya colors. RLM 66. I think the XF-63 is too dark so I used XF-24 + XF-8 (a few drops to give a bluish tint).

Saturday. Much rain and cold. I stayed home.

So, nothing like continue to build my Fw. The instrument panel was completed.

RLM 66 + XF-2 to give lights and RLM 66 + black to give shadows. Wash with oil paints (Burnt Sienna + black). Dry brush with Light Grey.

                    That's coming along very nicely.

That looks just superb. In fact I've just scroled up to the start to check that it is a 1/48 scale you are building!

I know its not part of the group build but I am really looking forwards to seeing that BMW!

After finish the Fw I try to build the BMW and make a small diorama.

I put the seat belts (missing a seat belt, only in the end). I glued all the pieces of the cockpit.
