Well my smart phone is charging so pictures tomorrow but it worked out OK. A touch of paint and it will be 'passable'.
SOoooo while I had the saw out, I attacked a couple of the wheel sets to pose them to look like they are riding up over a bump/rock or the like...A minor task: cut the boogy out and in half, drill out the pivot axle, put a brass pin in and glue it up. Looks like its pivoting in the right way....
Polux: I have given the inside a black wash around the transmission and other 'greasy' bits, and a little rust here and there, where condensation might pool. A few swats with a dry brushed metal here and there....
If you mean which type of media, is just vallejo washes. Quite good stuff.
