Great job David, I don't build armour, not yet anyway, but I know Academy make some great aircraft kits, you get a lot of plastic for your money. M

            Update number four (Photo Etch)

A lot of little parts lots of bending but me thinks it's looking ok so far. I still have some more etch to go on but the Kystal Klear is still drying so leaving them alone until tomorrow lol.

            Here are some photo's

All small and very fiddly altough the carpet monster has claimed just one small part where it went I have no idea.

The PE that's on the bottom of the seats was only being held by the superglue I'd bought some plastic right angle strip to use for something else thought it would be a good idea to use some to strengthen the join between PE part and seat.

The edges are a little on the right angle strip but it's not going to be seen once it's in place.

That's all for this update more to come later.

            Regards

            David

                            Update number six

                            Hello all

A small update on this build I was going to buy the resin engine detail set but changed mind, as I want to have the doors open so you can see inside. I've got to put a few more bits inside yet.

I've put the PE door posts in and fitted the PE panels to the doors, not the best fit but with a little extra work they now look much better.

Not sure of the tyres and hubs from the kit I might get some resin replacements, but for now the kit wheels have been stuck on with a spot of wite glue so I can remove them if I get the resin ones.

As for the kit figures they've gone in the bin as they are not very good at all which spoils the kit as up to now it's been a good build.

                            Time for a few photo's

Oh yes reason why this is a late update as I had not one but two exams to deal with and I'm happy to say I passed them both.

Firdt one was the Win7 technician and second one was an update exan for HP.

                            Regards

                            David

                                Love your work so far!!

I can see all the Hummers are different! Not for our skills, I say for the versions models, everyone is different in interiors and exteriors...

                                Nice!!
