        It's from Amati reference 1712/01.

        Ok Ian, thanks!

Is not definitive by the moment...but is a solid option now.

        Cheers. Polux

            Hi Ian.

Can you tell me something about it? If you have seen it....

Looks an amazing kit, with high quality!

Hour by hour I wish more to do it! It's an absolutly different kit and new one for me.

            I start to search info....

The military version seems to be quite different...

Would love to do the Christmas day football match in amongst some shallow trenches .....

Its only figures and a bit of mud but the centiment and meaning behind it would be the main point.

I'm an aircraft person right through, but a WW1 tank would be something quite different for me - out of the comfort zone for me maybe !

It's a very good idea Colin! I like it a lot!

At first I was thinking to do an absolutely different thing.

One intention was to do the 'majors' signing the peace, the End of the war.

I like the football match idea. At least it's different from the blood, mud and guts that I always associate with the Great War. Verdun, Ypres, of course the Somme, pretty bleak.

I'd probably do an aeroplane, I know I always do but believe it or not I've never built a biplane (or anything other than a monoplane) and have always baulked at the rigging!

                      Cheers

                      Steve

I might just get my thinking cap on to sort out some figures and a base, it'll be nice to do a wartime scene without the normal ambiance.

I might do a 'Harry Tate' or something similar if my current build Gladiator turns out ok.
