Would love to do the Christmas day football match in amongst some shallow trenches .....Its only figures and a bit of mud but the centiment and meaning behind it would be the main point.
It's a very good idea Colin! I like it a lot!
At first I was thinking to do an absolutely different thing.
One intention was to do the 'majors' signing the peace, the End of the war.
I like the football match idea. At least it's different from the blood, mud and guts that I always associate with the Great War. Verdun, Ypres, of course the Somme, pretty bleak.
I'd probably do an aeroplane, I know I always do but believe it or not I've never built a biplane (or anything other than a monoplane) and have always baulked at the rigging!
