I think this one will be a fairly quick and easy build as i have the cabin finished and the engine and rotor blades this one hasn't got many parts but its a delight to build.

Did the pilot sneak through the medical selection stage, he looks a tad tall or is he not sitting correctly? Looks good so far Peter. That tin of paint has seen better days.

Apologies for big jump but this will be the last pics before completion its been quick as there arn't many parts, this is a good kit and goes together well and has plenty of scope for more detail.

I am calling this one done a nice kit to build no issues in putting it together, there is plenty of scope for more detail and it doesn't take up much room on the shelf so please enjoy it.

Sorry Peter, using your build thread as a reference for mine-hope you don't mind? On this pic I have to somehow get all my wiring in place...could be tricky.

Ta again mate, helps to see this before I start fastening mine together.

Hope mine comes out looking like this. I was miffed when I started looking at the window sections and found the roof windows are not coloured...it would mean a tint spray for two chuffing windows! Will have to see if I can come up with something.

Si: Humbrol and Tamiya do clear green in pots, same cost as a tin of regular enamel paint. Otherwise I've heard of others using food colouring in floor wax/varnish, and also the use of green highlighter pens. I've only used the Humbrol clear green of these options, two coats dried evenly and without fuss.
