    peterairfix's boeing chinook HC-1

    I've just got this one as it's a bit different and also i felt my wessex a bit easy this one will be done as a falklands war machine

    One of he few helicopters I like.Looking forward to seeing you build this one.When I was down the Falklands with the RAF the ground crews called it the ' woka woka' because of the noise made by the rotor blades.

      A great workhorse,and a great helicopter. Had a jolly in one best ride ever better than any fairground ride will watch this Peter

            Still going strong and still contributing to Britain's overseas military contributions. A helicopter as deserving of a build as any other major combat type. Look forward to seeing it develop Peter.

                The camo patterns really complex when you look at it closely.

                I personally would forget the brush and invest in a paint pen or similar that way you can manage the different thicknesses to the lines without losing the crisp edging.

                      Your Chinook is looking good Peter. You are cracking through these helicopter builds. What will the third one be?

                        It's now nearly finished just the rotor blades and decels to go this one will be bravo november fron the falklands war
