    Arado Ar 196A-3

Ok i'll start this one off, this one will be OOTB as planes arnt my thing & i know nothing about them, it's got wings an engine it fly's endex.

I may put outboards on the floats Nos the engine nice chrome exhaust and a grovey pearl paint job.

    Apart from that OOTB.

Nice choice John. I have the little 1/72 kit. All I need is time and for this house to get itself finished!

      Is an excellent choice John!

One day I see a weathered one, and was an amazing plane.

      Good luck mate!

It's a great kit with some fantastic detail for the price I managed to pick one up from wonderland Models for £14.99( yet to build this one). There are two versions to build and a choice of folded or in flight position. Check out my build thread it might help you when you get started http://www.scale-models.co.uk/threads/revell-1-32-arado-196a-3.13912/.

These look great when built. Vaughan's is a great example - no pressure there then.

Okies then slow start on this one been on night shift for the last 5 day's so here we go.

To start with the floats, filled with 30g fishing lead 10g of car body filler, that should do it.
