        Mmm - I see Airfix get the gull-wing right, and the shape of the spinner and prop look OK too - unlike the Revell Vb I got for this group build. I'll think about you when I'm busy carving and sanding, Alan!

                    I love this kit, that scheme looks nice when completed. Check out that date, 1974. Awesome year that.

                          Thanks folks a little update from how I finished off last night [ATTACH]97466.IPB[/ATTACH]

                          pilot and cockpit painted [ATTACH]97467.IPB[/ATTACH]

                          fuselage now together and i might have to glue the spinner as its come loose [ATTACH]97468.IPB[/ATTACH]

                          wings are on and I did fave to glue the spinner

                            Update [ATTACH]97472.IPB[/ATTACH]

                            underside done and the few recessed panel lines pin washed and the undercarriage painted [ATTACH]97473.IPB[/ATTACH]

                            camo painted on upper surface and I mxed a bit of rust with some gun metal to see if it would give a better look to the exhausts , in this scale I think it's worked but I don't know about a larger scale
