I've been slowly working on this one and forgotten to post pictures. Well as you can see it almost completed, but I'm thinking of putting it on hold until I get some figures for it, like the driver and coal man and a few passengers

The last couple of pictures give you a rough idea of how im going to display this.

I've got the train and coach completed and now started the weathering. There are figures in the coach but not sure you can see them on the photos. When completed I will put the driver and coal man on the engine.

Looks good. I've seen some really dirty trains, plenty of options for weathering.

Got the train done. Not sure if it needs more muck or not

See how I weather coaches with this link, http://rickysrailway.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/spt-class-107-weathering.html

Because yours is a steam era coach the roof might be better weathered with a sooty black instead of roof dirt.
On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.
Coming soon: Airfix 1/72 Phantom FGR2.
Just finished: Airfix 1/48 Stuka & Airfix 1/72 Sea King HC4.

Got to start thinking about putting this onto a base now.

What could/do you use to extend the tunnel a little at the back ?
