    Neil's 1/48 Eduard Mig-21-PF

You know what this group needs? Another Eduard 1/48 kit, but a PF - so it is different!

PF is probably the oldest version we have (?) I was originally going to make this way back earlier in Vietnamese colours so still going to do that version - 921st Fighter Regiment, Vietnam, late 60's early 70's. The only thing done so far is the front wheel well.

It looks like you were lucky to get it in one piece Neil. Looking forward to watching all the same.

Nice to have another on board. I like to see these lesser known air forces represented. The Mig-21 is a good choice for this because of the variety of operators.
On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.
Coming soon: Airfix 1/72 Phantom FGR2.
Just finished: Airfix 1/48 Stuka & Airfix 1/72 Sea King HC4.

                Progress of sorts..

First, my nose cone, filled with washers and panel pins super glued in. Seems quite weighty.

I have done both consoles, the grey one is decals, black is PE, not decided which to use. My instructions use grey not the weird green but as I found my grey was a solid gunk progress is halted until I get some delivered, I decided to buy a few other "urgent" supplies at the same time of course!

Also cockpit floor and the engine, not sure why I painted the interior parts at the far end as they clearly can't be seen.
