    Bob's Academy 1/72 Kettenkrad

    Hi All

This is my first entry in this GB.

It is part of the Academy 1/72 Ground Vehicles Set. It contains 3 vehicles and a host of accessories. Very good value for money here. So I will be building the Kettenkrad which is the German Half Track motor bike.

    Build Plan

I will build this in the Dark Yellow scheme, and once again keep weathering to a minimum. The kit should be finished pretty fast, but will try to make sure I detail paint it well and good and not hasten my approach.

    Box Contents

Work has started on this and I will have a build update up pretty soon.

I hope you all liked the post, as always, all comments welcome.

      It sure is tiny!

Here is the first build update. The kit has gone together very well and very fast too,

Some filling done on the gaps before painting. I used Tamiya white putty and then sanded it down.

Next up will be painting it in the base colour, which I have chosen as Dark Yellow.

I hope you all liked the small update. All comments welcome.

Nice one Bob, looks good and can't wait to see the paint job and weathering etc. That box top is very reminiscent of the Tamiya style.
