    One for the Rock Apes

Can anyone tell me if the Ferret MK2 armoured car ever saw service in the Middle East with the British forces? More specifically, did the RAF Regt operate them in the region?

    TIA.

Thanks lads. I had tried all the usual places for info, I read that the RAF Regt used them but no specifics about where. The reason for asking about the Middle East is because the theme of a club competition is British Forces in the Middle East, I thought I could give this little car a coat of sand yellow and some RAF Regt markings.
