    Ian .
    Dam you are organised :smiling:
Like the drawing pined up, must try that instead of loosing it amongst the debris on the bench !

Nice one Ian, always had a soft spot for Stollie's :smiling2:

John, isn't that part of the fun in muggeling?
Loosing it in a pile of debris on the workbench?

      Paul.

Been at this most of the day, and got the lower hull almost done. There's plenty of little parts to make this up, but luckily none have gone to the carpet monster.

You are a definite candidate for the clean bench club. Ah, I see you are using paper towel to soak up the spilled glue & paint instead of the instructions. Excellent idea. I'm from the colonies so have no idea what a Stolly is or what it was used for. Thought that was Vodka. A hint maybe? Looks post war ATCV w/a version of NATO camo? Sorry Dzohn, the devil made me do it, or was it Steve? PaulE

                Paul,
The Stalwart was a fully amphibious High mobility load carrier that was also fitted with a HIAB Crane for use by the artillery and REME. It was a great vehicle I had a chance to drive one on a couple of occasions.

I hang my head in shame! What a wonderfully organised bench. A great idea for the instructions. Nice to see the progress on the build:thumb2:

Well I'm at the stage now where I need to do some painting. I've got to get the cab started.

I've now got most of the cab built, but all the parts painted. I'm going to do a little diorama with this so I need a driver. So I'm going to use the 1/72 pilot I've got spare. It will need a little tweaking.

Got the driver painted and fitted, also all the other bits and bobs. Ready to get the cab put together now.

You know Ian, I never really look into 1/72 or smaller scale builds but I do love the Stalwart.
Great work so far, am watching this one :thumb2:

                          Cheers, Jim.

                            Hi Ian
Seems to be going together without too many issues. The pilot makes a good driver.
