I think the October to April time scale is good. Lee's rocket/missile GB starts in October but finishes at the year end so this gives extra time for those of us who would like to join in both GBs.

In view of the pending transfer to a different server, I will hold off starting a section up for this until AFTER the new server is sorted out and working. It would be a paint in our collective buts if I made the section, you all post and then it dont get carried over propper...

I look forward to that Peter. A huge model. I tried a very small paper model once and it ended up in the bin.

I would like to make another 3d printed character for a Christmas present, so count me in (would be my first GB attempt). Cheers Steven

Well my kit has arrived. As I said earlier I worried that the unknown manufacturer and the very cheap price would be reflected in a very poor kit but "no". The kit doesn't look bad at all, tatty box but all well inside. It cost £6.61 + £3.89 p&p.

Would a non-plastic diorama - maybe some sort of building or Sci-Fi landscape - count? Not that I have anything specific in mind at the moment but there's plenty of time .....

I'm sure my 1/16 German motorcyclist is a resin or printed so I'm in, I'll post a picture of it later and if it's inadmissable then I'll buy a nice resin figure that I've had my eyes on for a while! (If it's printed then it'll be a first for me!)
