Bowcat's King Tiger with Henschel turret, Meng 1/35

Wheels and tracks now on, ready to be masked up so I can get on with painting the camo. Definitely starting to look more tank like.

I'm quite impressed with the wet mud, it's decidedly grey in the pot but has dried a nice muddy brown and is quite gritty.

Had a bit of a nightmare with this. I realised that i hadn't glued one of the side skirts on in the right place, it was a few mm too high at the back.

I've managed to get it off and stuck back properly, but now have a thin strip of unpainted plastic to paint.

The tank is pretty much finished, so today I painted the figures. Still not particularly brilliant, but they are better than my previous attempts at figures so hopefully I am improving.
