Damn & blast! I've been working on this one today, filling and sanding etc. And then for a break I decided to make up some of the weapons... That's when I realised that I'd neglected to open up the pylon holes in the wings

And now I can't find one of the constructed pylon assemblies

I ought to give up on making aircraft!

Yep! Did the same with the fin aerials on mine, but I think I got away with it by careful marking out and reference to photos.
On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.
Coming soon: Airfix 1/72 Phantom FGR2.
Just finished: Airfix 1/48 Stuka & Airfix 1/72 Sea King HC4.

Shine a very bright torch through the wing. Sometimes the 'blind' holes show up.

Glad it wasn't just me with the fit issues, pleased you've managed to sort it and your builds looking great
