    This is the first part of the wing painting, going for a black basing technique to give the wings a worn bleached look.

      I've now put on a couple of thin layers of paint, to get the effect I wanted.

      Then highlighted the ribs on the underside, but will put another thin layer of the main colour just to tone the contrast down a little

        Looking really good old boy. Rigging there must be a thousand and one ways to rig a plane, but your idea might be a new one.

                          This is looking very good. Considering the shortcomings of the kit what you are creating is exceptional. Very skilled modelling.
