Made some good progress this weekend. Built the intakes and got them installed on the base plate along with the cockpit, wheel wells and side sections.

Only a small seam on top, but because of fit issues a couple of nasty ones on the underside that will need sorting.

Nice update Bob. Hopefully all is good with the seams now.

Made good progress this weekend. Got the sides, top, wings and air intakes on. Even managed to get the wing sweep mechanism working do the pylons will remain pointing forward whatever angle the wings are at.

Had a few fit issues with the intakes, this was probably my error. Some of the parts didn't have locating pins, and the instructions were a bit vague which resulted in a small gap. Nothing that some card shim and filler can't sort.
