    Hi Ian
Bit late in sorry. Good price for this kit. Mind you given the fit of the cowling probably fair :smiling:
Nice start with the cockpit and well done sorting the cowling fit. Maybe it will be easier from now on.
    Jim

Thanks Jim, nice to have you aboard. The rest of it is going very well, not sure if it was my fault with the cowling, but being only 4 bits I don't think so.

Wow you could get a London bus through them gaps. Filler or plasticard time?

Sorry for those nasty gaps I hate when you have to put more work into a model than required. I’m having the same problems with the Airfix Autocar build I’m doing oh well it makes us better modelers I suppose. Keep up the good work

Hell, that's too big to call a gap. Any chance you can stretch the fuselage a touch ?

If I'd widened it any more the cockpit wouldn't have fitted in Colin
Got the gaps filled now, just waiting for the glue and filler to dry properly before i start sanding it down

You certainly have some real issues there. I will follow this one closely Ian and as Alan says you will certainly deserve a 'beverage' after!!

I nearly bought this kit years ago because of the box art (and it's a 190). Quite chuffed i didn't now :tongue-out2:

But Ian you're doing a grand job wrestling it into a good looking kit

Its not a pretty site at the moment Ian, but once the primer is on it will be okay. Looks like this one put up a bit of a fight?

I’ve now got this one primed and pre-shaded, also got the yellow painted.
