    Jakko’s M114A1 or Schützenpanzer Kurz?

I think I’ll build this one for this group build — I say “think” because while taking these photos, I suddenly remembered I also have an Elite Models Schützenpanzer Kurz in the stash (somewhere ) which I may decide to go for instead. It depends on how much work I feel like doing, given that Elite kits tend to be rather worse than Accurate Armour’s …

Edit: added a photo I forgot to include yesterday.

I dug up the other kit. It’s not by Elite Models but Perfect Scale Modellbau, which is probably a bit of a stroke of luck, as the parts look better than the Elite ones I’ve seen (mainly their Schützenpanzer Lang that is also in my stash).

I’m a bit worried about those tracks, though. The ones with the AA M114 should be much easier to put together than the separate link resin tracks of this kit.

          Jakko,
I agree with you about the tracks! They look like a world of grief!

            Hi Jakko
That Perfect Scale kit looks very nice although the tracks would be time consuming. Which ever kit you go for it will be interesting as we see few resin kits built.

That was actually a minor part of the decision to choose one of these

That idea went through my head too, but I doubt I’ll build them both in time for this to finish.
