Thanks John. Coming from a chippy I’ll take that compliment, though I do think the heavy beam is a little too red......supposed to be a hardwood railway sleeper...l

Thanks Andrew. It always strikes me how crude this stuff looks in pictures.

I wouldn't worry. It's the curse of digital cameras showing everything up and not looking at something from a normal viewing distance.

                Hi all
First one is now assembled. The OOB example still needs more paint. Once they are both done I will work on the basing. Here are some shots to be going on with.

The gun has been roped down using Eze line heavy, then painted with earth colour. The metal parts have been highlighted with a 6B pencil to give them a metallic shade. The wear areas on the tracks don’t show well in the pictures but they are there...

                  Hi Tim
That is very, very nice indeed. More impressive at 1/72. The tub of brush cleaner really brings home just how much detail you have got into such a small model. Figures work well.
                  Jim

It doesn't get much better than that. Very fine work indeed Tim.

Many thanks Peter, though I’ve just not I forgot to paint the shell in the loaders hand! Can’t get at it now though :flushed:
