Decals added. The decal on the doors isn't great as it moved when i was cutting it. But it'll suffice

      Very nice indeed there Alan
Really looking the part now,it's amazing just how much a couple of decals can "lift" a model!

          Cheers Andy & John

Another first for me. Using weathering pigments. I've used Vallejo European Dust wash and European Earth pigment to try and simulate some mud build up. Will see how it looks when dry.

Pigments dried off. Just have to put some 'fixer' on them now to make sure they stay put.

Better and better Alan. That pigment mud looks to have worked well. The look can change when fixing it - you have to be careful.
You should be very happy with this.

It looks very nice and good work. I also have series 20 hanomag waiting to be done. This post will be a great reference for me.

Cheers Andrew. I'm still to get my head around how to paint and weather Tanks properly but i'm pleased with this so far. Comfort zone well and truly out of lol

Nice one Alan, loving the cam,

if it helps i mix up a 'track colour' using a cheeky mix of the following
                                70% Tamiya Nato Brown
                                25% Tamiya Nato Black
                                5% Tamiya Flat Red

(the Tamiya Paints aren't written in stone..it's what i had when i needed a track colour..)

this gives me a good base for the tracks that will only need a bit of weathering to make them pop...HTH
