    Marks P51D eduard 1/48.

Its only a few days away so thought i would put up some sprue shots, this is the profipack so has some etch detail and canopy mask thrown in. It looks very nicely moulded and there are six good looking paint schemes to choose from, still haven't decided which one im doing yet !Click image for larger version

Its a stunning kit mark , with loads of optional bits , its going to look superb . Some great schemes there too , the box art - ‘ridge runner ‘ is a fave of mine as thats the scheme I did my 1/24 Airfix one in when i was a nipper !

I reckon that will build up into a great model Mark. These Eduard kits are generally good and 1/48 is a nice scale to work with.

Got a bit more done, the cockpit is now tucked away in the fusalge, front and rear wheel housings have been painted in my mix of yellow chromate with a bit of detail painting and a wash Click image for larger version
