I agree with Lee.....I like the color you used for the tire of the road wheels....is it a custom mix or out of the bottle? Rick H.

        Hi Dave
Firstly I think you're being wise to "listen" to your hand - don't risk overdoing it.
Looks a nice kit and the replacement tracks are worth the extra outlay.
        Jim

Hull assembled - no problems at all - the handrails may look symmetrical, but they aren't, I'd taken them off the sprue & cleaned them up before I realised, annoying.

I'll make the turret, and prime that before I spray on a basecoat on that and the hull. There are still a few bits to add, like the tool boxes, spades etc, but those will be left off until the end.
Only thing I can moan about is the 2-part barrel for the main gun - careful scraping & sanding needed! Yes, I could get an AM metal barrel, but that would be lazy ( and cost more! )

That's it for today - I'm still trying to keep the benchtime to about an hour a day, although I'm not feeling any twinges in my hand...........

Thanks for the info Dave..... you've made a fair bit of progress there for only an hours work. Looks good from here. Rick H.

When the fit is good, progress can be very quick!

It helps with the focus, John, and I'm trying to work to natural break points ( like making and priming the turret ). Dave

I'll add the toolboxes, then give it an overall varnish coat prior to adding decals, then washes, and weathering. The next pictures will appear in the 'completed' section.......................
