I've got some of that putty too, so might give it a whirl!
Go for it Andrew. It really is quite effective once you get used to it.

Certainly is Jim. Much easier to work with than blue tack though.

I actually used it to 'mask out' the wheel wells on my 109s as test..... Very odd stuff!

          Keep up the great work!

If you do lots of camouflage I would say yes to worthwhile. It’s easy to use and is reusable afterwards, so yes, it’s versatile. As to cost, I just bought generic science putty from Amazon because it was cheaper than Panzer putty. Weirdly, panzer putty is now cheaper so just buy that. It’s all the same stuff……don’t buy the Mig version though, for some reason it’s three times the price.

Certainly is. I like the way you can mask up, leaving fingerprints all over it…..go for a coffee before spraying, and while you are away it flows, smoothing out the surface and dripping off the bottom of the model……really weird. Effective though.

Yes Andy. It actually comes off clean and the drips just come off the cardboard for re-use.
