Beowulf Spitfire mk viii, ICM 1/48

so heres my Spit for the GB...............i can start the construction but cant do any painting......havnt got the paint i need but im going to a show at the weekend so hope i can pick up what i need there

interesting kit.......going to be a far bit left over!......one of those that has bits for multiple offerings...........wont need the bombs or rockets cos the USAAF didnt use the Spit as a fighter bomber apparently, only as a fighter

If their tiger moth kit is anything to go by your spit should be a good one.

well, sorry to say but this is on 'hold'......in fact id call it 'never started'

im in a mojo loss.............probably the worst ive ever had

since i took the pictures i havnt sat at the bench once!.......and usually i just dont want to build but still happy to buy stuff and contribute on forums,.......but this time i dont even want to do that!

i know it will pass in time but i think this will be back in the stash for another time and i will do something that appeals more to me

normal service will be resumed in good time

You are right. It will all come right with time. Build what you want when you want and all the best to you.

Yep, it strikes us all - no warning - at the beginning, the middle or end of a build. The model isn't going anywhere, it'll still be there when the mojo returns! - or shelved in favour of something more enticing. I must say the hot weather isn't ideal for benchtime!!!!
