Looking very fine in her yellow coat Tony. Nice trick on the transparencies as well.

Good progress today . The windscreen divider has been masked and painted and the wipers glued on . The tail rotor has been fitted and detailed with some extra connecting rods , thanks to some great photos supplied by Joe ( flyjoe180). The landing skids and grab handles ( or are they aerials?) on the rear fuselage have been painted black.
Its now had the decals put on and looking at the decal placement pictures I realised there should be two windows on the rear clamshell doors . The kit doors are solid with no indication of any window so I decided to represent these with some black decal from the spares box , cut to shape. The main rotor has also been painted and given a wash to highlight the mechanism .Click image for larger version

                    Looks great Tony :thumb2:

The bright yellow seems a bit more subtle with the decals on.

                    Geoff.

Geoff's observation is spot on IMO. Much easier to look at and really starting to look the part! :thumb2:

Well im calling it done , a few little final bits - tidying up the panel line accents and fitting the aerial above the windscreen ( paintbrush bristle ) -and its ready for the first 999 call. Heres a couple of pics to round off the thread , more coming in the completed section . Thanks to all who have been watching and thanks to flyjoe180 ( Joe )for the reference pics .
